South C Dragons (SCD) is a women’s dragon boat club that was formed in 2012 by breast cancer survivors and friends. The goal then and now is to promote dragon boating as a pathway to the health and wellbeing of all women.
SCD members are women of various ages and backgrounds who enjoy camaraderie and friendship within a social, sporting environment, and whose common goals are to get fit, keep active and have fun.
Dragon boating is a fun sport and very achievable at both casual and competitive levels. SCD aims to develop and encourage dragon boating for all women in South West Victoria, including those who are cancer survivors.
Come and Try. If you would like to be fit and active while having fun, then please contact us and come and try dragon boating with South C Dragons, Women’s Dragon Boat Team.
